The Upcoming 2026 VinFast FV9 is a big electric SUV made and sold by VinFast. It is the largest in their lineup of electric crossovers, joining the VF 6 and VF 8. The VF9, made by the famous Italian company Pininfarina.

The 2026 VinFast VF9 model is expected to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 6.3 seconds. It is equipped with a large 123.0 kWh battery pack. As per EPA estimates, the VF9 Eco version can travel up to 330 miles on a single charge, while the Plus model can cover around 291 miles. VinFast claims that the VF9 can charge from 10 percent to 70 percent in just 35 minutes.

It has three rows of seats. It comes in two versions: Eco and Plus. Inside, there’s a big 15.6-inch screen for entertainment, a handy heads-up display on the windshield, and a huge sunroof for a great view.

The 2026 models of VinFast VF9 are equipped with a range of driver-assistance features like automatic high beams and traffic sign recognition. While the VF9 has not undergone testing by the NHTSA and IIHS, it boasts key safety elements such as blind spot monitoring, emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning with lane keep assist, and lane centering.

Each 2026 VinFast VF9 EV prioritizes safety, featuring a variety of protective measures, smart design like a head-up display, and a digital safety system that alerts emergency services if an accident occurs.

The VinFast VF9 is featured by iconic Italian Pininfarina design, is a roomy vehicle made in Vietnam. Its cabin boasts a large 15.6-inch infotainment display and luxurious features like leather upholstery and captain seats in the Plus variant. VinFast collaborated with Sony Pictures Entertainment for in-car streaming, prioritizing comfort and advanced technology.

Besides the safety features mentioned earlier like ADAS with automatic emergency braking and blind-spot detection, the VF9 also comes equipped with 11 airbags. However, there is no confirmed information yet regarding its performance in crash tests.
